Open Garden Our open garden is located at alongside Karasuyama-river green way, in Setagya. It's a roof terrace on newly constructed condo. This rooftop afforestation is configured with box-fabric and weight-saving soil.

Step 1: Inquiry  [ Free ]

Step 2: Meeting  [ Free ]

Although it is possible to propose certain level of offering with only photos and drawings, it is best to have a meeting on actual site to offer a best solution with well understanding of circum-conditions such as square measure, sunshine conditions, wind, humidity, and water drainage. I am willing to help to complement the style and the image what you picture in your mind.

If you give us your specific image before we have meeting, I'll prepare broad of source materials to suit your demand. Those sample materials might be able to lend out a couple of weeks, so you can take your time to make sure what you really want to or shape your image more clearly.

Step 3: Presentatioon

There are two patterns of presentation:
  • In case of design drawing is unnecessary.
  • In case of design drawing is necessary.
CASE 1: In case of design drawing is unnecessary.
We will send you the followings via email:
  1. A set of quotes of specific materials those suit your request.
  2. A series of plants color lists.
Above source documents are Free.

CASE 2: In case of design drawing is necessary.
We will hand you the followings on second meeting:
  1. A garden design color drawing.
  2. An image sketch
  3. A set of quotes of specific materials those suit your request.
  4. A series of plants color lists.
Twenty thousand yen will be Charged as design work and information service fee if you construct yourself.
It is Free if you order us the construction work based on the design work.

Step 4: The purchase of construction materials and plants

If you purchase construction materials and plants you needed via Gardenstyling, you can get them at wholesale price. We only charge 10% of retail as commission fee. Even though, those are 50%-10% less than usual retail price!

Step 5: Construction

There are two patterns in construction phase:
  • In case of you do the construction yourself.
  • In case of Gardenstyling arrange the construction work for you.
CASE 1: In case of you do it yourself. [ Free ]
If you love to do pleasure constructing, absolutely you can do it. There is no expense.

But you need help sometimes, right? Of course we willingly arrange temporally human resources at following rate:
  • Simple help(simpleassistance): 2,500yen/hour/person
  • Professinal help: 280,00yen/day/person

CASE 2: In case of Gardenstyling arrange the construction work for you. [ Charged ]
If you order to us, we will arrange comprehensive construction work with entire responsibility. Basically, it will cost you the followings:
  1. Construction materials and plants at wholesale price.
  2. Actual operations cost such as labor cost and transportation cost.
  3. Thirteen percent(13%) of total cost as total producing fee.

Step 6: Aftercare/scheduled check-out service

Subsequently of above mentioned construction work that we made, we offer Free observation or check-out service periodically; after three months, six months, and one year. Meantime, if it seems to need to dust with an insecticide, we will carry it out with separate charge.

Additionally, we provide medium and high trees’ one-year anti-stand decayed warranty for which we installed (except cause of drought and natural disaster).
